Contracts run for 12 months initially, then renew on a rolling monthly basis. This gives you the stability of a proper IT partner rather than a one-off fix — and gives us the runway to actually do the job properly.

Everything: device monitoring, security patching, endpoint protection, support, and proactive maintenance. Microsoft 365 licences are billed separately at cost — you'll always see exactly what you're paying for them.

We handle the whole transition. Once you've signed, we coordinate with your current provider, migrate everything over, and make sure nothing goes dark in between. Most switches complete within a week.

Monitoring runs 24/7 and most issues are caught and resolved automatically before anyone notices. For anything that needs a person, you can reach us directly — we're not a call centre and there's no ticket queue to navigate.

After the call we send you a short onboarding form and a simple spreadsheet listing your team. Once those are back, we create your accounts, then send each person a link to install the management tools on their device — takes about two minutes per machine. That's the most we'll ever ask of your team.
